Event Filming and Photography Release Notice

We are delighted to have you join us for ACCA’s Link Up event in partnership with Mattioli Woods. Mattioli Woods have advised that there will be a photographer at the event, and we would like to inform you about our filming and photography release policy:

1. Consent to Filming/Photography:

• By participating in Link Up events you grant permission to the event organisers and affiliated parties to capture your likeness, voice, and any other aspects of your participation for promotional and documentation purposes.

1. Use of Images/Footage:

• The captured images and footage may be used for promotional materials, social media, press releases, and other event-related purposes. This includes but is not limited to online and offline promotional materials.

1. Commercial Use:

• Images and footage may be used for commercial purposes with your explicit consent. If your likeness is to be used in a commercial context, you will be contacted for additional permissions.

1. Waiver of Compensation:

• You understand and agree that you will not receive compensation for the use of your likeness in any promotional materials related to Link Up.

1. Questions or Concerns:

• If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of your image, please contact ACCA on sectorsuk@accaglobal.com before or during the event.

By attending a Link Up you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this filming and photography release. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please notify the event organisers via email prior to the event.
