Join Jimmy Greer, Head of Sustainability, ACCA, inside Lush’s Birmingham store, for a Q&A with Kim Coles, Finance Director, Lush Retail Ltd and dive into how these principles are shaping the global business and what role the finance team plays. There will also be chance to ask your own questions.

Kim Coles, Finance Director, Lush Retail Ltd
Kim began her Lush journey in 2004 as a Financial Controller of Lush Retail Ltd following 15 years at Sotheby’s where she was Senior Director of Business Planning.
During her 15 years at Lush, now as Finance Director, Kim has always kept the business’s ethics close to her heart and has been integral to ground breaking business decisions. Ensuring the business is accredited for the Fair Tax Mark as Lush are committed to paying the right amount of tax at the right time and in the right place. Kim also led the introduction of The Real Living Wage, enabling Lush to have an ethical benchmark to ensure staff are paid fairly. Kim was also instrumental in changing Lush’s parental pay policies to allow parents up to 6 months full pay after having a baby or adopting.
Most recently, Kim has co-led the development of Lush’s own employee benefit trust - helping to ensure the business retains its personality and ethical outlook long into the future.
