Sharon Critchlow is a business leader with over 20 years experience of growing businesses. She qualified in 1996 and after 8 years in practice she moved in to operations, compliance and governance in regulated financial services companies - finally growing her own business to a top 100 in that sector. Alongside her technical job, she is a strategic performance coach, non-exec and a passionate advocate for wellbeing in the workplace. Sharon believes that there is untapped potential within all of us and her life’s mission is to encourage as many people as possible to dream big and make their dreams a reality. Sharon is a twitter addict which she uses to advocate for all things ACCA. She currently sits on ACCA Council and on the Governance Design Committee and the UK strategy Implementation committee.
