Channel Islands session - Decoding difficult: Understanding and managing difficult people in the workplace

Designed to help anyone who has experienced a difficult person at work, the course explores the nine types of ‘difficult people’ and enables attendees to diagnose the type of person they’re working with. Nick shares practical tools and techniques for dealing with each different type and how to help build the right mindset for success and successful workplace relationships.

During this session you will:

• Discover why people become difficult at work and what to tackle first
• Face up to the cost of difficult behaviours: to the organisation, its customers and its people
• Learn how to turn things around, positively and with empathy
• Build great working relationships and team dynamics

Fee: 55 GBP + VAT (66 GBP) per delegate
