Nigel Davies, FCCA DChA and Sam Musoke, Project Director, IFR4NPO will talk about how the global non-profit accounting project came about, how it might influence the future of charity reporting in the UK, the stage the IFR4NPO project has reached and how to keep updated with developments. Time is set aside for question and answer.

This session explains what ESG reporting is, why trustees might want to adopt it, and how to report on ESG. The session also explores how ESG related activities can be a legitimate area of work for charities.

In this session, Nick Allaway, Head of Finance and Procurement at the Fundraising Regulator, will explore the context for fundraising in 2022 and beyond, in light of the publication of the regulator’s new Strategic Plan for 2022-27.

In a hyper-connected world, communication has never been easier. Yet remote working and social media can make our social contacts narrower and more superficial. This session shows you how to keep your professional networks healthy, keeping both you and your career in good shape and future-fit.

It will cover:

• Why networking is more important than ever
• Who to network with
• How to network
• Introducing yourself
• How to use your network

This is a presentation style format with a chat function for audience questions. While there isn’t an opportunity for attendees to talk with each other in person during the session, they are encouraged to link up with each other afterwards.

Discovering your strengths and building confidence

Understanding what you’re good at and playing to your strengths means that you are far more likely to be successful and happier at work. It also means you can make better decisions about the roles which are a great fit for you. This webinar helps you think deeply about what enables you to be at your best and how to talk about your capabilities confidently. The webinar covers:

• Who are you as a professional? What helps you be at your best at work?
• Uncovering your career capital and the richness of what you can offer professionally
• Identifying your strengths and how to play to them
• How to use stories to communicate your capabilities to others

Ahead of the webinar, participants are encouraged to think about:
