Cathya Djanogly CTA, is a tax solicitor and a member of the Stamp Duty Practitioners Group. In addition, she holds a Master of Studies from Cambridge University and a Master in International Business from Sciences-Po Paris (a French 'grande ecole'). She has worked for a 'magic circle' law firm and 'big four' accounting firms (Linklaters, Deloitte and PwC).
She has considerable expertise, and has lectured on, diverse areas of UK tax, from VAT, SDLT, corporation tax and tax avoidance, to legislation and case law updates and developments in tax litigation and investigation. Cathya is also the cases editor of Tax Journal and the editor of Butterworths VAT and Property, Tolley's Tax Cases and Tolley's VAT Cases.
