How To Manage Your Talent - Just In Case No One Else Does!
There is no data to display
In the ever more demanding world in which we all work, it can sometimes be challenging to engage and motivate others and to ensure that our opinions and expertise are valued.
Managing your own talent, regardless of where you are on your chosen career path, rather than waiting for someone else to manage it for you, has never been more vital.
Developing your own personal brand, unique to you, is also important, as by doing so, you not only demonstrate to others that you value who you are and what you do, you also strengthen your mental resilience for when the going gets tough and your opinions and expertise really need to count.
What will I get out of this session that I can use back in work?
- An understanding of how to project the image you really need to project
- Clarity about how to retain individuality, authenticity and consistency in all that you do
- Renewed mental toughness - how to be resilient in challenging times
- A reminder that courtesy costs nothing and profits everyone
Margaret Zuppinger, Director, Margaret Zuppinger Partnership Ltd
Who am I? I am Margaret Zuppinger, director of Margaret Zuppinger Partnership Ltd., a learning and development consultancy based in the North West of England and operating throughout the UK, which I run with my fellow director Tony Zuppinger. I am a motivational speaker, management coach and also an author.
How do we deliver what you need? What we do is to close the gap between what people in organizations currently do and what they need to do to deliver the organisational outcomes. We therefore adapt our training message to the culture and the context of the organizations and the companies we are working with ¡V each intervention is bespoke. We deliver our training independently and also in collaboration with others.
Who have we worked with? Margaret Zuppinger Partnership Ltd has supported and developed leaders and their teams from a diverse range of public and private sector organizations, professions and industries throughout the UK.
Our bottom line: We believe passionately in supporting people to become the best they can within their chosen professions. We encourage them to do so with high impact, inspirational, interactive training and consultancy interventions.
